Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941 the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When he was 13 years old, he emigrated with his family from Nebraska to Casper located in western part of Wyoming, where his father ran the local district of soil conservation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
